2010 PROGRAM
INFORMATION
What is High Performance?
The Florida Region High Performance
program is basically an All-Star program that allows outstanding
youth and junior volleyball athletes to play for college coaches and
represent the Florida Region at an international volleyball
tournament called the USA Volleyball High Performance
Championships.
The progression for players to be
considered for a Florida Region HP team is as follows:
1. TRYOUT - All interested players must tryout (see Tryout
Information below)
2. TRAINING & SELECTION CAMP - 20-24 players per age division
3. TRIP TO WISCONSIN - 10-12 players per team

Costs Per Player:
$200 per player for the Training & Selection Camp
(Due in full by May 15, 2010 to reserve your spot.) Training
Camp fee includes lodging, training camp, practice t-shirts, partial
meals ($15 day for breakfast & lunch), insurance, & program
administration.
Training Camp Refund Schedule:
By May 31 - 100%
After May 31 - 0%
$600 per player for the Travel Team (Due in full by
Jun 15,
2010 to reserve your spot.) Includes lodging, uniforms, tournament
entry fee, airfare, partial meals ($15 day for breakfast &
lunch), insurance, &
program administration

INFORMATION ON MEALS:
Breakfast and lunch
will be provided by the Florida Region for players attending the
tournament. Players should bring enough
meal money to cover dinner each day. The amount you bring is
up to you...we do not have a set itinerary for restaurants at this
point. $20-$25 per day should cover additional food costs.
Players are welcome to bring their own food.
