The Florida Region Board of Director's
Nominating Committee is now accepting
nominations for the following board positions:
Secretary/Treasurer
Outdoor Chair
Official's Chair
Individuals should
have experience in the respective position, be a member in good
standing of USAV, and live in the Florida Region. They must also be
willing to serve the entire 4-year term and attend 4 meetings per
year.
Job Descriptions (as of 02/21/10)
All of these positions will serve a
4-year term,
starting July 15, 2010.
Please submit your nominations by using
the form to the right. Individuals nominated will be contacted
to confirm their interest prior to having their name added to the
ballot. Nominations will be accepted until March 31, 2010.
2010 Election Schedule:
Mar 1 - Nominations Open
Mar 31 - Nominations Closed
Apr 15 - Online Ballot Posted
May 31 - Voting Concludes
Jun 15 - Results Posted
Jul 15 - Term of Office Begins
Individuals nominated must be a member
of the Florida Region (in good standing) and must meet the minimum
requirements and must be able and
willing to fulfill the duties and responsibilities required by the
position.
