Note: Teams that have applied to
participate in the 2010 USA Volleyball Adult National Championships
in Phoenix, AZ will be assigned bid position at this event.

Team fees must be received prior to the day
of the event. All teams that pay on the day of the event
will pay the maximum fee.

Regarding uniforms - Center front and center
back numbers are preferred, but left chest front will be
accepted, all numbers must be minimum 4" front and 6" back. Shorts
& shirts must match with the exception of the Libero.

Teams competing for a bid to the 2010 USAV Adult
National Championships in Phoenix, AZ should have submitted
their paperwork and team fee to the Florida Region office by Mar
1, 2010.
